Vermont Food Inspection Report
The following data is based on monthly reports by the Vermont Department of Health, which inspects food-serving establishments based on 44 criteria. The results note any of the 13 areas considered critical violations. Critical items must be addressed while the inspector is on site or within a short time period as part of a corrective action plan. Restaurants that score below a 70 will be closed until the violations are corrected.
