Police seek hit-and-run driverStaff Report | July 17,2014WEST RUTLAND -- Vermont State Police are looking for a small black car missing its passenger side mirror following a hit-and-run on Marble Street.
Police said Janet Slade, 52, who lives nearby the crash site, was riding her bike when the car hit her from behind. Slade was taken by ambulance to Rutland Regional Medical Center, but police said she was able to walk when they arrived on the scene.
