I and other veterans, especially those residing at the Vermont Veterans’ Home, would like to offer up a special thanks to Legion Post 25 of Windsor for their recent financial donation of $3,000, which will enable the home to acquire a special Skype cart. This cart, one of 10 needed, will allow veterans at the Vermont Veterans’ Home to communicate often and conveniently with their immediate family members and with loved ones and friends during their stay at the home.
Often organizations and individuals express their concern for the comfort of our veterans, but Post 25 through its members took action, and it is appreciated.
