Vt. police: NY man on I-91 had 800 oxycodone pillsFebruary 12,2014GUILFORD -- A New York man has been arrested on Interstate 91 in Vermont on charges of possessing over 800 oxycodone pills.
Thirty-year-old Oscar Maldonado of Queens was stopped on I-91 north at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday for speeding and following too close. The traffic stop was made in the town of Guilford.
