    BELLOWS FALLS - A Westminster man with three drunken-driving convictions was arrested for driving under the influence Saturday night.

    At 11:38 p.m., Bellows Falls police stopped 54-year old Thomas E. Coombs on Westminster Street. Coombs was held at Springfield prison until he was sober and was issued a citation to appear in Brattleboro criminal court at a later date.
