    BRATTLEBORO — The Brattleboro Museum & Art Center will host its sixth annual LEGO contest and exhibit later this month.

    This year’s event, set for Oct. 25-27, is open to all ages. Prizes will be awarded based on creativity and craftsmanship in seven age groups. There will also be overall prizes for Best in Show, Best Architectural Design, Best Use of Moving Parts, Best Title, Best Diorama and Best Space-Themed Creation.

    Every contestant will receive a personalized certificate of participation and four admission passes to BMAC.

    Contest entries must be delivered to the museum by Oct. 23. The opening reception and awards ceremony will take place Oct. 25. Admission to the awards ceremony is $4 for adults and teens, $3 for children ages 6-12, and free for children 5 and under.

    Admission to the museum Oct. 26-27, while LEGO entries are on display, is $8 adults, $6 seniors, $4 students, free for contestants, BMAC members, and children 5 and under.
