BRANDON — The funeral service for Lawrence F. “Larry” Stevens, 74, who died Oct. 5, 2013, was held Wednesday, Oct. 9, at the Miller & Ketcham Funeral Home in Brandon.
The Rev. Robert Bove, pastor of Brandon Baptist Church, officiated.
Family members shared remembrances.
Burial followed in Pine Hill Cemetery.
Bearers were Bob Hibbard, Peter Sumner, Ed Black, Michael Lee, Jeff Heath and Michael Mahoney.
Military honors were provided by Brandon American Legion Post #55. Bert Reynolds sounded taps. Vermont Army National Guard Spec. Travis Dubie presented the American flag to the widow.
A reception followed at Brandon American Legion.
