Police to close Strongs Avenue today for accident reconstruction teamSTAFF REPORT | April 23,2013Strongs Avenue will be closed between City Hall and Madison Street from 1 to 3 p.m. today as part of the investigation into the death of Mary Jane Outslay. Rutland City Police said a crash reconstruction team is being brought in to work on the scene of the fatal hit-and-run. Motorists are asked to plan to take alternative routes.
