WEST RUTLAND ó Two men are facing charges they smashed the windows of a parked vehicle.
Vermont State Police responded to Marble Street on March 19 to investigate a report of vandalism. Police found a Jeep Cherokee with all of its windows broken, except for the windshield and driverís-side window.
After interviewing witnesses, police charged Corey Fitzgerald, 21, of Poultney, and Nicholas Greene, 19, of West Rutland with unlawful mischief. Police said Fitzgerald will answer the charge April 22 and Greene will enter a plea April 29 in Rutland criminal court.MORE IN This Just In
