Police: Online fight
turns into assault
ASCUTNEY ó An online argument between two people escalated into an alleged assault at the victimís workplace.
Vermont State Police said Daniel Davis, 18, of North Springfield went to the Magic Mushroom in Ascutney on Friday and assaulted Torin Ruggeri, 18, of Claremont, N.H.
Trooper Eric Vitali said Davis stole a knife from the store and broke a display case during the assault.
No injuries were reported, Vitali said.
