The city will finally take possession of the Courcelle Brothers building tomorrow.

The recreation department will use former reserve center on North Street Extension for offices, a maintenance facility and some programming.

Mayor Christopher Louras said the city will not take full ownership of the building until the federal government completes the decommissioning process, but the city will have authority over the building until then.
