WEST FAIRLEE — Vermont State Police said they broke up a party that included underage drinkers late Friday.
Police responded when a resident reported an unusually high volume of traffic on Bear Notch Road in West Fairlee at about 10:30 p.m.
Trooper Eric Jollymore said Saturday that officers came upon a large party in the woods near a home.
“Several personswere found to be under the age of 21 and having consumed alcohol,” the trooper said.
The party was disbanded, Jollymore said.
