Dummerston man charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a childMarch 23,2013BRATTLEBORO — A Dummerston man pleaded innocent to a lewd and lascivious charge Thursday in Brattleboro criminal court.
Albert Kurtigian, 64, of Dummerston, was arrested Wednesday after a 14-year-old boy disclosed to a family friend that the man allegedly touched him inappropriately. The investigation was conducted by Vermont State Police, Windham County Safe Place and Department of Child and Family Services.
