    Barbara H. Wynne

    Barbara H. (Tuttle) Wynne, 86, formerly of Glastonbury, Conn., died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at “Our House” in Rutland, after a long illness.

    In Massachusetts, she was born in Boston, April 6, 1926, the daughter of Norman and Gertrude Hatch, and raised in Quincy and Squantum.

    In 1947, she married Donald A. Tuttle, who died in 1988. She married Edward Wynne of Glastonbury in 1998.

    She worked for many years at New Britain (Conn.) General Hospital in the cardiology department.

    She was a member of East Glenville (N.Y.) Community Church.

    She enjoyed sewing, drawing, painting and hiking.

    Survivors include three children, Linda ole-Moi Yoi of Nairobi, Kenya, Robert Tuttle of Granville, N.Y., and Gregory Tuttle of San Juan Bautista, Calif.; three stepchildren, Jane Kelly, Matthew and Timothy Wynne, all of Glastonbury; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; three siblings, Virginia DiNatale of Marshfield, Mass., Audrey Dunn of New Hampshire and Roger Hatch of Braintree, Mass.; nieces nephews and cousins.

    There are no calling hours.

    The memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at the convenience of the family.

    Memorial contributions may be made to Our House II, 69 Allen St., Rutland, VT 05701.

    Arrangements are under the direction of the Clifford Funeral Home in Rutland.
