BRATTLEBORO — A car breakdown on Interstate 91 in Brattleboro led to the arrest of a Massachusetts man wanted in Orange County.
Robert St. Amand, 43, of Monson, Mass., was traveling with a friend early Saturday when a routine computer check revealed an active arrest warrant against him for selling cocaine, police said.
St. Amand was taken into custody and placed in Springfield prison for lack of $10,000 cash bail.
