taken in burglary
WHITINGHAM —Vermont State Police are looking for two people who broke into a southern Vermont home and stole a flat-screen television and a firearm.
The burglary occurred between Jan. 9 and Jan. 12 on Deer Hill Road in Whitingham.
Police said the thieves entered the home by breaking a window. A dark, possibly blue, van with Vermont plates was spotted in the area, police said.
