WEST RUTLAND — A Pittsford man arrested Sunday night for driving under the influence of alcohol for the third time pleaded innocent to the charge in Rutland criminal court Monday.
Police said they pulled over Paul Babcock, 29, of Pittsford on Route 4A in West Rutland just after 7 p.m. on Sunday for a traffic violation. They found Babcock was driving with a criminally suspended license and had two previous driving under the influence convictions from January 2011 and Septembr 2012.
