Vt. State Police probe Newbury shooting deathDecember 27,2012NEWBURY — Vermont State Police say a 51-year-old Bradford woman has been charged in the Christmas evening shooting death of 43-year-old Dale Rock of Newbury.
Police say Anne-Marie Whiteway will face a charge of second-degree murder in Rock’s death. Police got a call shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday about a shooting at Rock’s home in Newbury.
By Wednesday morning, they said they were interviewing a person of interest and they announced the arrest and charge Wednesday afternoon.
