SOUTH BURLINGTON — An Essex man has been cited to appear in court on charges of exposing himself to a 10-year-old girl in a department store.
Police say 25-year-old Frederick McGuire turned himself in to Essex Police on Sunday night after a family member saw his picture on the news.
He’s facing felony charges of committing a lewd and lascivious act with a child.
Police say he exposed himself to the girl in the Kohl’s department store in South Burlington on Sunday afternoon.
