What a day! Saturday, Nov. 10, and the first of more Farmer’s Markets in the Annex behind the Fresh Market in the brand new old Depot Section of Manchester.

Perfect weather, lots of farmers, great activities, fantastic music, the best local foods found anywhere.

The benefit for the Children’s Garden at the Northshire Day School raised several hundred dollars and we thank Carol Kern and staff for their face painting and seed planting demos.

A huge thanks to Kate Pace of Route 7 Social for orchestrating the event. We could not have done this without you.

More thanks to the Garden Arts Landscapers for turning our gritty landscaping shop into a cheerful “convention hall.”

And thanks to Eric Pace and the “Brogues” who played great music tirelessly all afternoon.

Hooray to Chipman Stables for the adorable petting zoo.

Thanks to Currier Memorial School for the tables and chairs, the Town of Manchester for the permit, Ben and Lana Hauben for the use of their Grabber’s lot for overflow parking, and our many Depot friends and neighbors who came out to cheer.

Stay tuned for the announcement of our Holiday Indoor Farmer’s Market coming up in mid-December.
