WALLINGFORD — David William McNulty, 68, of Wallingford, died unexpectedly Saturday morning, October 20, 2012, at the Rutland Regional Medical Center.

Inadvertently omitted from the list of survivors were a special mother-in-law and friend, Laura Balestra, and mother-in-law, Rita Graves.
