MONTPELIER — Vermont is receiving nearly $100,000 to boost apprenticeship programs for unemployed workers.
The money will go to help train and prepare workers for careers in growing industries, including those related to green technologies.
The Registered Apprenticeship program provides a combination of on-the-job learning and classroom instruction.
